About Me

Bryan Edwards set up ABC Training Solutions around 20 years ago. Bryan qualified with a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (C.I.P.D.) qualification and 26 years training and human resources experience.

Starting as a comprehensive school teacher, Bryan re-trained and commenced his personnel career at Presto Supermarkets (now Morrisons), managing the Human Resources function of a £8 million per year store. Specialising in training in 1989, Bryan joined House of Fraser, initially as a training manager in a store then promoted to Training Manager at Head Office. He managed the training and development for over 500 office employees for 8 years, managing a budget excess of £130,00, and delivering an extensive range of soft skill and management courses.

Bryan’s most recent corporate commercial experience has been as Training Manager at Tiny computers, a p.c. manufacturer/retailer with annual sales in excess of £500m. Managing a team of 6 trainers, he was also responsible to design, deliver and evaluate management training programmes for 170 Team Leaders and Managers.
