Participants will learn the skills that are displayed by the busy manager. The workshop provides a broad ‘bus trip’ around the skill sets with opportunities to practise the skills covered.

The in house 2 day management skills course provides an insight into the differences between a leader and manager, delegation, coaching, SMART task objectives and giving feedback. It includes a significant coverage of performance management techniques including managing poorer performers. A case study approach is also utilised to contextualise the skills in practice.
