Child Sex Exploitation is where young people are required to perform or engage with sexual activities in return for possessions or facilities which are of value and need to them, such as housing, food, alcohol, money or gifts etc.

This training course provides learners with the skills and knowledge to provide support to people who have experienced sexual exploitation, the reasons why this may have happened, the affects it can have on people and how to provide effective support and guidance.

The aims of this training course are for learners to;

• Understand what Child Sex Exploitation is
• Understand what could lead to Child Sex Exploitation occurring
• Understand current attitudes and understanding towards Child Sex Exploitation
• Understand the support strategies which can be implemented

This can be a half or full day course and can be delivered in your workplace or at our training suites near Stockport.
