The programme is designed to help people gain a broader understanding of how they already think strategically, to help develop their creative approach to thinking about strategy. It will explore what else they could do to ensure that their most useful thoughts are translated into practical plans and effective behaviours.

It covers everything from thinking creatively around the vision, to possible stages of planning and finally communicating the vision to others.

Suitability: This two day Creative Strategic Thinking course is for anyone involved in developing or implementing a strategy.
