This course will give a basic understanding of First Aid, what it is and why it is so important. It will provide a basic understanding of how the respiratory and circulatory system work.

The course covers:
• Legislation and responsibilities
• Assessment of casualty
• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation/mouth to mouth
• Recognise and treat serious injuries
• Evaluate miscellaneous illnesses and conditions

This half day awareness course can be delivered in your workplace or at our training suites near Stockport.
