To become a real estate salesperson or property manager you must obtain a Registration Certificate. This course gives you the necessary training requirements for you to apply to the QLD Office of Fair Trading for your certificate, allowing you to be employed in a sales or property management role under the supervision of a licenced real estate agent.

1. Enrol in the nationally accredited NREL Registration Certificate Course.This course will cover the 7 units of competency required by the Office of Fair Trading.
Upon the successful completion of the course you will receive a statement of attainment from NREL.

2. Submit your statement of attainment along with your application.

Your application is available from the Office of Fair Trading website.
