This in house course if for anyone who has responsibility for the performance of others i.e. they are guardians of their ‘skill’ and ‘will’. This course gives a good understanding of, and skill development in, areas required to enhance staff performance. The performance management course covers performance management strategy, looking at practical ways used to close performance gaps. It develops into the key skills required to maximise performance, ending with a detailed look at the performance coaching meeting, an informal process which helps to enhance individual performance.
