An in house telephone techniques course that covers both the theory and delivery of essential telephone skills. The course utilises the PARSAC model (Prepare; Answer;Reason for call;Summarise and confirm; Action; Close) to process the incoming call. We also cover the 4 P’s of voice effectiveness and how to deal with irate callers.
