Description and objective: BS 25999 is emerging as the new standard for the business continuity industry. It will provide an industry standard framework for every organisation which has already, or has plans to implement and maintain a business continuity programme.
Effective business continuity requires commitment at all levels within an organisation. This one day overview will provide BCM practitioners with a realistic understanding of the background, nature, purpose and benefits of implementing a BS 25999 based programme.
