Description and objective: An intensive one day overview of the core technologies utilised in evaluating, designing and implementing SAN and NAS in a multi-vendor environment.

The course is a high-level overview, and thorough technical knowledge is not a requirement. However, a reasonable working knowledge of storage hardware and software functionality – SCSI disk and tape, RAID, storage and backup requirements – will be beneficial.
