Description and objective: This 3 day practical course provides you with a comprehensive understanding of Business Continuity Management.On completion of the course,you will be able to successfully implement,manage and maintain business continuity plans within your organisation.By understanding the processes involved in BCM,you will also be better prepared to review and audit existing plans.The course is compatible with the UK Government’s ITIL Guides to BCM and is aligned with the Business Continuity Institute’s (BCI) ten certification standards.
