Description and objective: This residential Business Coninuity training course in the Cotswolds gives a thorough grounding in Business Continuity Management. The price includes accommodation and food. It covers the whole spectrum of BCM, starting with project initiation, going through Threat and Business Impact Analysis, Writing, Maintaining, Auditing and Testing the plan.
