Designed for Front Line Staff responsible for serving food and drink in hotels/restaurants who wish to develop their skills and knowledge in this area.

Delivery – assessors meet candidates on a one-to-one basis by appointment.

NVQ LEVEL 2 - BAR SERVICE

Validated by City and Guilds (certificated)

Designed for Front Line Bar Staff working in public houses, restaurants and hotels. NVQ revolves around effective running of the bar area, drinks service and cellar management.
