Description and objective: The CIEH Level 2 Food Safety in Catering replaces the old 'Basic Food Hygiene' certificate. The price includes exam fees and the course book. VAT will be added unless your employer/voluntary organisation is paying this course fee for you as staff training. The basic food hygiene requirement for all those who handle food as part of their job, or work in a food production environment.
