Description and objective: Using contractors is an everyday occurrence for most companies, from window cleaning to equipment maintenance. The roles and responsibilities of all parties concerned must be clearly defined and understood and the day-today activities of contractors properly managed in order to prevent events that could prove costly to all parties.
This course will enable attendees to confidently and effectively appoint contractors whilst ensuring that safety and environmental standards are not compromised.
