Description and objective: The CDM Regulations place duties on all those who can contribute to the health and safety of a construction project. These duties extend to Clients, Designers and Contractors and the Regulations created a new duty holder - the Planning Supervisor. They also introduced the requirements for new documents - health and safety plans and the health and safety file.
This course equips delegates with a basic understanding of how to manage and implement the requirements of the CDM Regulations.
