Other details
All materials and course notes are provided by the trainer. A good size training room is required, ideally with some break-out areas or vacant office space in the afternoon for some of the exercises. Group sizes work best on up to fourteen delegates. It is difficult to give individual feedback to delegates on numbers above fourteen, and room size is frequently a limiting factor. Advanced receipt of any existing relevant procedures is ideal, as exercises can be tailored around current policies.
