Description and objective: Objective: To enable participants to reduce the overall level of absence by the use of simple control mechanisms

Participants will be shown how to:

 Identify the underlying causes of non-attendance
 Determine the true cost of non-attendance
 Develop procedures for monitoring and controlling absence
 Determine if and when specialist help may be needed

Implementation of the learning points from this course will require use of company statistical information on absence.
