Description and objective: How to get the most from 360°degree feedback. The seminar explains not only the basic principles of 360°, but also how to successfully implement a 360° project, avoiding the common problems and issues. It looks at how 360° feedback can help you embed change into your organisation, whilst also helping to support your development and performance management strategy. It also explains how 360° feedback can be integrated fully into your corporate or HR Intranet, identifying skills gaps and then profiling learning resources.

The programme will also provide an opportunity to share experiences with other participants and discuss individual scenarios with Predaptive consultants.
