Description and objective: Every Supervisor/Manager aims to acheive results through the work of other people and a principal tool in this process is the 'performance review' (or appraisal). Used effectively, the process can help the manager achieve optimum results with and through thier team. Improving job performance, motivation, communication, goal setting, identification of training needs can all be enhanced with proper use of the process.

This course aims to provide those Supervisors/Managers who will take part in a Performance Review or Appraisal process a toolkit for success.
