Description and objective: This 2 day course equips delegates with the knowledge, tools and skills to develop and manage successful competency based assessment systems.
It covers the theory and practice of behavioural based assessment, through interview and role plays as applied to development centres, assessment centres and recruitment campaigns.

By combining competency based interview techniques with realistic role play scenarios, delegates will learn how to significantly improve their ability to correctly match organisational needs with applicant potential.
