Description and objective: Interactive training programme to develop the practical coaching skills of team leaders, managers and HR professionals. Primarily offered as an in-house programme for groups of 8 or more participants. Our programme includes 3 workshops days and self-study to incorporate key business issues identified within each project to tailor the training to your main organisational objectives. The programme has two primary objectives:

Defining how coaching can improve team members’ performance and provide support for individuals to develop themselves and their careers

Developing the practical skills needed to perform effectively as workplace coaches

Key areas of study include

Good practice in coaching
Learning Styles and barriers to learning
Communication & Resources
Recording & assessment of learning
Agree and plan a coaching programme
Coaching in the workplace
