Description and objective: Objectives and Benefits: This is a highly participative two day programme which gives managers and supervisors the skills to manage the performance appraisal process within their organisation.
It looks at the principles behind appraisal and identifies the benefits to the organisation. Delegates will then acquire the knowledge and skills to competently prepare, conduct and manage an appraisal system.
It will draw on current practices within U.K and U.S. companies to give a leading edge.
