Description and objective: MBTI is especially useful for team development and was tested over a 30 year period to become a finely tuned tool for personality types based upon the work of Carl Jung. We use MBTI in a variety of applications, but typically in team building and personal development.

This tool includes the profile and 1:1 feedback. This process will identify the strengths, weaknesses, individual preferences and behaviour with the team.
