The course is designed for both senior and general management, plus new or recent managers who want to improve their people management skills. In addition to teambuilding, the one-day courses give an understanding of the DiSC methodology but primarily focus on how to utilise the printed reports, in order to lead and communicate more effectively.
Delegates are presented with individual PPI reports and comprehensive Leadership and Communication manuals.
