 Disciplinary Hearings in Action
 Best Practice when handling Grievances
This interactive workshop is aimed at Managers of all levels. It particularly focuses on the application of a Companys internal procedures and how to apply them. Discussion with the HR department may produce vital information required for this session. All role-plays are carried out with particular focus on the individual business and its current issues.
