Description and objective: Objective: To enable participants to identify and handle disciplinary/grievance issues quickly and effectively whilst operating within current employment legislation.
Aspects covered include:

 Introduction to Employment Legislation including Contracts of Employment
 Discipline and the Law
 How to avoid Unfair Dismissal
 Disciplinary Hearings in Action
 Best Practice when handling Grievances

This interactive workshop is aimed at Managers of all levels. It particularly focuses on the application of a Company’s internal procedures and how to apply them. Discussion with the HR department may produce vital information required for this session. All role-plays are carried out with particular focus on the individual business and its current issues.
