Description and objective: This course is only delivered by trainers who operate to the ICM code of practice. It is designed to update the skills of those who have previously attended the EDGE Services 'Managing Violence & Aggression in the Workplace Trainer's Certificate' or similar course. As new techniques are developed and legislation changes, yearly updates are recommended. This course is run at public locations throughout the UK; £225+VAT per delegate outside London.

Suitability: This course provides delegates with the knowledge, skills and confidence to train others in effective communication and in de-escalation and breakaway techniques.
