Participants will be able to: -
 Define the role of coaching in performance management.
 Planning and prepare a coaching session.
 Communicate with team members and give feedback.
 Recognise individual learning styles.
 Monitor progress and set realistic performance objectives.
 Use effective questioning techniques
 Give One to One instruction.
