Description and objective: Coaching is a key management competence. The workshop begins by exploring different learning styles. We move on to explore ways to identify coaching opportunities and how to set them up. Participants will learn how to give feedback, encourage learning and reinforce change. Throughout the session participants will be encouraged to explore and experiment with new techniques through role play and small group work.
