Description and objective: A very practical second day to the Customer Satisfaction Measurement one-day course. Each section of the course consists of an explanation of the techniques involved and a practical exercise using computers. Disks containing example worksheets, templates and useful macros will be included in the workshop manuals to take away at the end of the day. The emphasis is on learning by doing.
