Description and objective: Personalised course with small group whereby you are trained and sessed by an instructor as you progress. Candidates meeting pass criteria are issued LANTRA Certificate.
The candidate will be able to: identifty, inspect and comment on key parts of the chainsaw; prepare the chainsaw for work safely; carry out daily and routine maintenance of the saw; operate the chainsaw safely and effectively; state knowledge that underpins operating a saw; identify risk assessement and emergency procedures on a worksite.
