Description and objective: We provide the training and you are assessed by an independent assessor from NPTC. This is a refresher course for candidates with previous climbing experience. We will arrange the assessment for you.
Undertake a risk assessment of tree climbing operations; select, inspect and use a range of tree climbing equipment; safely climb a tree; move around the crown and descend to the ground; and carry out aerial rescues from different situations.
