Description and objective: Participants receive a thorough exposure to the tools and methods that are necessary to lead DMAIC improvement projects in an operational (manufacturing) environment. This 20 day programme is delivered in 5 modules of 4 days As part of the programme particiapnts are encouraged to identify a business project to be solved using the tools and methods learned while under the guidance of one of our Master Black Belts.
All BSI Lean Six Sigma Courses include FREE Certification.
Suitability: Candidates should have good communication skills, experience of team working to improve processes or solve problems, good IT skills and ideally some basic statistical knowledge
