Description and objective: This course is intended for experienced non-PL/1 programmers, and is also suitable for PL/1 programmers who have taken a self-study course. It does not cover basic programming concepts - new programmers should attend the PL/1 for Beginners course instead. The practical exercises are designed to demonstrate the use of PL/1 in common scenarios. The course can be presented on OS/390, VSE and other platforms.
