Description and objective: The CandleNet Command Center allows users to view and take action on alerts across the enterprise. This course is designed to give the general user basic knowledge of how to use the CandleNet Command Center and interact with the Candle Management Workstation® to respond to alerts and perform system management functions. An optional section on OMEGAVIEW II for the Enterprise provides students with training on how to work with alerts from Candle OMEGAMON II® monitors.

Suitability: This course is for persons in support, operations, help desk, management and any others who need to know how to use the CandleNet Command Center
