Assumed Knowledge
Readers are not expected to have gained any prior knowledge of PCs before they attend this course. However, it is strongly recommended that they have some keyboard and mouse experience. We suggest the following as a minimum - ability to use a PC keyboard; familiarity with Enter and Return keys, Caps Lock, Shift keys and backspace; ability to use a mouse to drag items and to start Windows applications through "double clicking" on Shortcuts or the Start menu.
