Description and objective: This fun, intensive course begins with two days of training on learner-focused delivery skills based on the International Board for Standards in Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi) competencies. The content includes setting and managing expectations for the course, different learning styles and questioning and feedback skills, as well as an in-depth review of the competencies themselves. In addition, delegates will practice for the computer based test (part 1 of CTT+) and practice and film their videoed training sessions (part 2 of CTT+)
Those currently working in a training or instructional environment who wish to enhance their existing skills and gain a formal qualification. Equally, those starting out in a training role will find these four days to be invaluable.
