Description and objective: Highly practical workshop that will shorten the length of time managers take to become fully productive in new leadership roles. Managers are provided with a roadmap and success strategies to navigate their way through the dangers of the transition process. Major pitfalls anticipated and avoided by analysis of new leadership situation and increased self awareness. Managers will learn how to gain credibility and build momentum by adpoting the right leadership style and making the right decisions in the early months in their new role.
