Description and objective: Successful Managers can be even more effective if they understand the financial side of the business. This course is designed to remove the mystery that often shrouds financial planning.
Using a workshop-style, the programme helps delegates to understand the methods used in the Finance Department. By exploring various financial documents as well as the terminology, we break down the process to a fundamental level to improve understanding.
The overall philosophy of the programme is that the Line Departments account for most of the Company expenditure and are therefore responsible, not the Finance Department. The programme is designed to be the catalyst to Full Line/Finance Partnership.
