Description and objective: To survive and flourish in today's highly competitive climate, organisations ; and individuals within organisations ; need to become much more creative, much more innovative and much less accepting of the ;tried and tested.
Essentially, this means a new breed of employee: one who looks outside the normal way of doing things, one who (although mindful of them) is not blinded by tradition and convention, someone who is able to look outside the circle and take calculated, creative risks to arrive at new and innovative solutions.
