Description and objective: FREE DEMO available via net. CBT. Starts with experience people already have in their day-to-day lives, to see how they already (informally) do root cause analysis. Builds on that experience, and gives them the organization and tools they need to use the technique. People develop understanding and confidence in use of the technique, increasing their ability to effectively use it in their day-to-day work. Includes our Ways Systems Fail tool, to expand people's view of potential causes.

Included are: a workbook (printable from the course) for use during the course; Action Form (in print and electronic form) to use for Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Action; A risk assessment system, to prioritize actions; a test with printed certificate (including name and test results) and a performance reporting database which tracks usage of the training and test results.
