Description and objective: This programme aims to develop participants' awareness of the strategic planning process . The event is designed around a business simulation allowing participants to engage with the business management process. As it runs, they respond to a range of internal and external factors developing an understanding of the business at a strategic level and the skills to plan an effective response to those factors. A sequence of inputs threaded into the exercise supports developmental process and focuses participants on the key learning points.

Suitability: Particpants will need to be in a management role and responsible for some strategic decision making. 14 people per programme
