Description and objective: This course is only delivered by trainers who operate to the ICM code of practice. It is designed for those whose staff may come into contact with individuals exhibiting violent or aggressive behaviour and has helped many organisations and their staff to deal effectively with aggressive and potentially violent situations. This course can be run at a time and place to suit your organisation at a cost of £3500+VAT for up to 10 delegates.

Suitability: This course provides delegates with the knowledge, skills and confidence to train others in effective communication and in de-escalation and breakaway techniques.
