Description and objective: This workshop is designed for everyone needing to evaluate the impact of learning and development in teams, directorates and groups as part of their business planning process.
It covers:
* evaluation in easy to understand terms;
* what is required under the Investors in People standard;
* the importance of evaluating the costs and benefits of learning and development and the impact on performance, and communicating these;
* the fit with objective setting and the Balanced Scorecard;
* a range of practical tools for Teams, Directorates and Groups to use;and
* how to use the tools to develop strategies further as part of continuous improvement.
Through discussion, good practice and support, you'll be encouraged to review your existing approach or to put together a process for delivering evaluation effectively.
A bespoke version, is also available for Teams and Directorates who prefer to address the topic in-house. Coaching and discussion is also available for those individuals and teams who prefer this kind of help. In either instance, please contact our Customer Relations Manager or the course Director.
