Description and objective: To develop participants skills in helping their employees to become self-reliant high performers.
At the end of the workshop participants will:
- Have made the connections between coaching , Situational Leadership, systematic problem solving, task and relationship behaviour, motivation and delegation
- Be able to apply a simple model for structuring coaching sessions (TO GROW)
- Be able to use effective questions and responses to investigate coaching issues
- Have begun to critically evaluate their own abilities in questioning and listening
- Have practised coaching in a range of situations and have developed their skills as coaches
