Description and objective: The 3666 scheme provides the nationally recognised City and Guilds qualification in fibre optics. The 3666 scheme has 4 units: Unit 3: Safety & Basic Principles (mostly covered by the optional units as well) Unit 2: Internal Fibre Optics; Unit 3: External Fibre Optics; and Unit 4: Internal Copper Datacoms.
Lucid runs the following standard versions: Combined internal & External fibre, 5 days in total, Internal copper, 5 days, and Unit 1: basic principles, home study + 1 day (only previous Lucid 3666 trainees).
