Description and objective: Failure Modes and Effects Analyses
DGP International have designed a one-day training course to provide the delegates with awareness, knowledge and experience of the Failure Modes (Criticality) and Effects Analysis techniques and its role in safety justification.
The course introduces a systematic approach to FMEA/FMECAs and provides information and instruction on:

- When FMEA/FMECAs should be used
- FMEA/FMECAs process
- How to conduct a FMEA/FMECAs as the essential first step in producing a Risk Assessment or Safety Case for a plant, process, or operation in any industry
- Advantages, pitfalls and limitations of the technique
- Reporting on the analysis
- Clear Examples
- Practical and interactive exercises
This two days training course is aimed at safety and risk management professionals, design engineers and managers with safety responsibilities.
The course will include syndicate exercises, to provide delegates with practical experience of the most important hazard identification techniques.
On completion of the course, delegates will be assessed and will receive a certificate.
