This workshop shows participants how to identify their own communication style and the styles of others. It also shows how to use this knowledge to develop for more effective and productive working relationships. During the course students will: Increase communication effectiveness and performance; Enhance their ability to gain rapport and increase comfort; Reduce conflict in interactions with customers and colleagues; have less frustration with poor communication.
