Course Structure
The course will take the delegate through the GDPR legislation, teaching the practical application of data mapping using data management tools to enable proven and auditable conformance to preserve data privacy and the rights of data subjects. From the course, the delegate will understand how to manage, audit and prove legislative compliance to the Information Commissioner, insurers and independent audit, such that in the event of a breach, they will be able to demonstrate that they have protected their data subjects rights and identities, thereby maintaining their business reputation and minimising any fines or sanctions.
The course will conclude with a multiple choice examination, that leads to subject certification, based upon achieving the 60% pass mark.
