This course looks at Influencing and Negotiation as skills that work differently for each individual. Participants get the opportunity to practise a variety of tools and techniques to see what works for them and what best suits their personal style. Altogether an injection of energy, understanding and skills that will help you become an excellent influencer and negotiator.
